I have purchased super splendor bs6 in the month of july month in Gadwal - 509125 Telangana .within a month the screws and the engine plate got rusted and the voyager is making a sound if if speed the vehicle no proper response from the south zone office i have complained on[protected] to [protected]@heromotocorp.com and another problem is that the tail lamp of my bike has been damaged and i have inquired many show rooms for which the spare is not available. s praveen kumar [protected] ADVERTISEMENT
Complaint marked as Resolved Jan 4, 2021 they have not responded till now on 04-01-2021 such a waste company and they simply say that its no1 company in INDIA it is the dirty company they are only selling the bikes and no service after sales users don't buy this company products waste of money Complaint Status [Dec 22, 2020] Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
