Hero Motocorp — Regarding to generate and dealer behaviour with customer | |||||
Hi, I bought new passion pro with i3s technology and auto head light on bike on 3/3/2017 in krishna sai motors, h. No: 1-32/2, sai nagar, malkajgiri, hyderabad, telanagana-500047 show room. But i didn't get any tr, invoice, insurance documents from show room yet. It's already 15 days. Last night i called to dealer regarding about my documents. The duty fellow don't know how to communicate with customer and he using un parliamentary language. He saying why did you buy the bike. They are saying due to problem with your site registration is pending. Then why should bike was sold? Actually i love hero bikes but after i bought new bike from your company i realized you guys providing waste services to customers and i really dislike your services. And dealer name is jaipal reddy.
