I am ajender kumar owner of hero passion x pro. I am your old constomer when your company merged means herhonda from that time i am using bike hero honda spleander my first bike, than i purchase my passion x pro for me i am trust on your brand that hero is best so 9 september, 18 i also purchase a new hero passion x pro i3s from peeragarhi because i am trusted on hero but my last passion x pro stand at metro motors because of your bad service, i am felt down but i met with your employee they talk very ruidly or not done my bike, else i purchased new bike passion xpro because i am trusted on you. My bike recetly 2 months ago meets with accident and my hand also breaks. After that i submitted my bike to metro motors rithala for repairing. Service centre was done very late to repair my bike but i managed and go there but when i see my bike my bike looks in good condition but my bike not moving correctly. As service centre man talks with ver ruidly as he say your bike is in good condition and okay but when me and other person who at that time at service centre drive my bike, all are say that your bike move tedai (टेढ़ी). Everyone stand their all are say your bike not moving staright. I am meet with mr vijay kumar asst. Service manager and mr amit accidental/supervisor at hero motocorp (Metro motors) at 22 jagdamba mkt, rohini district court nr rithala metro station, new delhi, delhi 110085 these guys say we are done but my bike not in good condition, and from service departmnt i am taken many service as i uses genuine product but among all i see these guys not talks like company these talk very badly, sir, please see my case at metro motors rithala my bike stand there from 2 months, i am your old constomer thats why i purchased one more passion pro because i trusted on hero. But from this service i am very dissapoint with your service.
Sir please see my bike and fix it issue as soon as possible.
