Hero Motocorp — service not a properly on bike showroom

I purchased hero splender+ 2016 om bike showroom mysore road bangalore same showroom serviced i have provided last month 30/11/2019 along with joy card 2700/- and again getting trouble before one month of rs 2318/- i ask to showroom why trouble we are working properly please attached video for reference
I have doubt started manufactured default or damage bike showroom
