Hero Motocorp — service problem | |||||
I have purchased Hero maestro edge from Rahul Motors Varkala on 24/05/2017, when consulted for my free vehicle service, Mr.Arun (Manager) issued me a written notice mentioning that the free can not be done before 460 days. I would like to state that on 2/1/2018 after my free service my vehicle was not in good condition, so i had to again approach them on 21/02/2018 for reservice during that service. I was informed that the vehicle should be presented for service once completion of 12500 kms. Now that i have done the same, I have been issued notice mentioning the above matter.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
