This feedback is related to my recent service at Shah Mobikes, Mysore.
Nothing seems to be organized. Suggest Hero MotoCorp to do mystery service to get ground reality as document audit would not surface actual customer facing issues.
1. Seat cover fitting not ok. Initially told they will get pinned later convinced me that it is ok. (There are N+N shops around to get seat cover, opted showroom assuming quality and fitting would be right.)
2. After service some sound coming in front. No one is interested to solve.
3. Lock oiling was not done which was noted in job card. After service key was so hard to operate.
4. Inside tank cover was completely wet.
5.Supervisors not competitive.
Would really re-think/do not think, to leave my bikes to showroom for service. Was this information helpful? |
