I have purchased HERO SUPER SPLENDOR BS VI on 4/11/2021 at Jagdish motors Junagadh Gujarat. In this duration i have done two free services at showroom at where i have purchased. After this service i took my bike at Ahmadabad region. I have taken 4 th service in HERO MOTO CORP AHMADABAD(near vijay cross road branch).
At the time of 3 rd service in junagadh i have battery related issue, at that moment showroom shopkeeper sent me to the exide store in junagadh where i check my battery. exide store keeper suggested me that battery is dried and it is replaceble in warranty period. he gave me a details on paper about battery specifications and told me that give to the workshop and your battery will be replaceble.
when i went to the showroom with this letter they told me that come on after two or three day we will replace it. but after this duration when i go for replacement they just charged battery whole day and next day it is delivered. they convinced me about battery life and told me its positive review. i trusted him and after some days battery again dried and fail to start by switch. i have to start it by kick.
After this time when i go through the 4 the service at Ahmedabad i told to the technician and manager for this incident but they just told me it is ok.
now i have one more problem is malindicator for fuel air ratio is always ON. it should be ON at the time of starting of bike and OFF at the time of running. but it stays always ON. i told this problem to the showroom but they told me that 1000 rs got extra charges and you have to take bike at where you have purchased and did not give me a proper solution and my 4 th service is also as uasual.
