Hero Motocorp — servicing

Dear sir/madam,
I got registered my scooty maestro on 04 jun at 8 am at Doshi Motors-11054, I was told to get my scooty 12.30 pm, but they delivered at around 7pm.
Secondly, I checked my scooty after arriving at my home, and found that the scooty was displaying reparing or service signal on speedometer, and beside this my rear glasses were loosened, they were still as it is.And even they didn't provide me my receipt bill.they just wash my scooty and delivered me by charging all charges.So I request u to look into the matter and take mugal action against the incharge of the showroom.I am attaching some proof to support my cailms mentioned above.
