Complaints against Hero dealership at Shillong.
Sir/madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention that as customers of your company, we are facing huge problems regarding servicing & maintenance of our bikes particularly xpulse 200. There is only one servicing centre in the region which is understaffed hence the service provided is barely satisfactory. At present there are two mechanics in the workshop who can hardly attend to the increasing number of customers as a result of which the quality of service provided is not up to the mark or even close. Furthermore, 90% of spare parts are usually not in stock and it takes a month or more for us to get it everytime we place an order.
We have been facing these issues for more than a year now and we have been patient hoping that there will be some improvement but now we have no alternative but to inform the company as we are the owners of a bike that cannot be serviced, repaired or maintained as it should.
We hope that the company will look into the matter and do the needful to avoid further unnecessary issues and dilemma.
