Hero Motocorp — shorting in battery section | |||
I have purchased hero glamour last year july. After one month disc brake problem started. I took to the dealer (smart motors, sreekrishnapuram, palakkad (dt), kerala) and they gave after servicing. But the problem occurred again after one week. The vehicle left there for 03 days and the service manager told that out of two brake shoes of the disc, one only working. Since it is in grantee period they changed the brake shoe and rectified. Now after 10 months, vehicle battery got fully discharged. The service manager checked and told the battery problem . The battery sent for replacement and fitted another battery available there. It was worked for one week. The same problem occurred. The service manager told that wiring may be shorting. Vehicle has to be left for taking to their another service center. Now i am without vehicle to go to work. Within one year of purchase, such problems comes shows the quality of the parts. If this is the condition of hero motors, i can't advice hero products to any other person. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

There was no any call for free servicing from showroom, and they refuse to give free servicing facility even scooty was in warranty period, out of 5 I only avail 3 servicings for my bike. for second servicing they only give receipt without doing servicing. While asking owner he not ready to give free servicing asking for money.
