Dear sir

I have suffering form recorrection smart card.. When i purchase bike that time i got a token there one or two digit engine no wrong that time inform balajee showroom in kolkata but the same wrong when smart card come... I am suffering from 3 years to get a card but i didn't get a card.. Kindly help me out... My bike no wb 20al1356
