I have purchased hero motorcycle hf deluxe on 17 sep 2016 from vinline engineering pvt ltd, baguiati, kolkata. My motorcycle no wb26as9674. I have not received smart card. I have many time contact showroom for provide smart card. I have faced difficulties, so please take action urgently.

I have purchased a pleasure bike on date 17/09/2017 with temporary No. BHR -01- 3445 on cash. The only one problem is the mileage of this bile is only 25 KM/liter. Is it possible ?
