Bad experience. Firstly they are cheating customer, they bring new bikes from pune, riding 250km on highway, causing engine damage, which is wrong. For them its just a bike but for customer its a dream earned by hard earned money. Dealers licence should b cancelled for selling used bike.
Secondly, They even loot during first FREE servicing. Applying Rs. 90 for additive& Rs.50 for nitrogen without asking customer. While giving my xpulse for first free service(morning) their system was not working so they asked to keep the user manual with them. All day the manual was with them and got dirty as it was lying on table, and many people touched it. They didnt even gave a call to inform that bike was ready. When we went to get the bike(evening) firstly they gave wrong bill by preparing bill of some other bike. The works manager was arrogant. They didnt cleaned the oil filter & strainer screen as they didnt had gasket. They applied extra charges for additive & nitrogen filling without even asking me. I dont want nitrogen & additive & its not mandatory. If they are charging Rs.140 extra cheating every customer, imagine the per month income and this money making busines should stop. The next day i went to ask regarding the same issue after their lunch time, that time works manager was not in his place. Due to their fault i had to visit service centre @ afternoon 2.30 in soaring sun, taking time out from my busy schedule, spending petrol, mental trouble. As Work manger was not in place, I left my number for work manager to contact me. But he didnt even bothered to call back the next day. I called him the next day and he was arrogant on phone. He has called me
tommorow again for issue resolution as today also he was not in his place. But why should i do workshop visits for their faults, i dont have much time, energy & petrol to do that. This loot of common man should stop, already people are in hardships due to inflation & covid setback. Im attaching the bills. Bike details are in bill. I want urgent resolution or else i'l have to file consumer complain
