Dear sir i am facing a service problem from last 1month,
Dealer told that due to lack of sphere part they cannot deliver my bike at present, its already more than One month late,
I just want to ask from hero Moto corp that is it real that hero moto corp cannot provide sphere to dealer,
If my payment get late by 1 day i have to pay fine, now u will decide that what amount should i have to fined on hero moto corp due to lazzy process of heromoto,
What kind of service u have to provide the customer. R u satisfied with ur service team and ur service time??
