Purchase a brack shoes your show room (Hero motocorp ltd) date-27/08/2019. For some reasons we did not not brack shoe are used (Brack shoes good condition our bike). Asked your staff to replace the engine oil with brack shoe. Your staff refuse to say we do not change once the good are soled. I requst you the product we bought should be replaced by another.
