[Resolved] Hero Motocorp — They don't give Proper response to me | |||
Dear sir/madam I am Priti Vishwakrma Town-Mishrikh Dist- Sitapur (UP) 261401 I have hero Maestro scooter UP 34Y 0173, i purchase it in 27aug. 2013 it's have lot of problem in it. 1st&2nd service done from Hero Authorized service center. They don't give Proper response to me. I go to service center and show all these problem but they says that this scooter have these problem from company and these not solved. free service in service book but they took charges of 250rs from me and not given bill to me& uncomplete services. say that no bill for it at the authorized service center in MISHRIKH & AUTHORIZED DEALER behaveiour very bad and discussion langue is very very Durty to all coustmer 's no'thing like dealer langue. RAJNESH AUTO SALES NEAR-GOV. HOSPITAL MISRIKH-SITAPUR I complaint for it in costomer care in hero motocorp and also mail to all regional offices of hero motocorp also at Lucknow&Delhi, but no one given response to me. so now what i do. Rear wheel madiguard of karizma zmr
I am facing a lot of problems due to rear wheel of zmr specially in rainy season it's very irritating to drive in rainy season because muds and waters spread on the rear wheel...and becomes dirty...so suggest some solution or produce such type of madiguard by which problem will solvery
