Hero Motocorp — Too much delay in repairing and servicing

Pleasure Vehicle reg no AP39CA9743.
vehicle given for repairing and servicing at YARRAMSETTY SERVICING centre in Guntur, Andhra pradesh.
They said it will take more than 1 month for repairing. I wonder why it is taking too much time for repairing.??
I urgently need vehicle.kindly do needful
