Hero Motocorp — tyre has been swollen due to air intake & its under warranty but dealership not providing it under warranty

Hello sir,
Myself md. Gulam jilani ansari & im using hero glamour bike reg. No.-jh09al1193. My complaint is about tyre that has been swollen. Its come under warranty but dealership not providing it under warranty. My concern is my bike is not having any accidental claim n concern then why they are not claiming tyre under warranty?? Kindly help me to solve my concern. Dealership name is 'reliable unit 1' matkuria road, dhanbad.
