Hero Motocorp — worst product compared to other motorcycles | |||
I have purchased glamour (He) (Drum-self-cast) engine no ja06erkge20361and chasis no mbljaw106kge24394 on 09/06/2019 and till date i have traveled 700-750 kms only. I had an very bad experience related to gear from first day onwards and during first service i have informed the same but still its not rectified. My first service done on 24/08/2019 and now, i am facing an issue with hand lock also. Due to my professional work i will be traveling very frequently on my bike and today i have unfortunately gone out with my family in my bike but due to your worst product related to tyres and tubes we had an very bad experience as it had an air leakage issue. I have contacted the local mechanic for tube panchar then i found the tube had leakage issue due to your worst product. Now i came to a decision of changing my motor cycle to another company, i am very much disappointed due to your worst product and i will never ever recommended your product to any of my family members, friends and relatives.. I will handover the vehicle to your showroom and request your help in getting my funds back to me... One thing i never expected this kind of product from your hero corp family...
