I have given my hero glamour 125cc vehicle for service around 12.30hrs. The staff ride the vehicle and noted the remarks. I said only one problem of key on buzzer sound. After that they washed the vehicle with water and put it on workshop floor at 13.00hrs. After that they went for lunch from 13.00hrs to 14.00hrs. After handing over vehicle i went into customer lounge. Due illness i went into sleep from lunch hour. When i waked up at 14.20hrs they fit the vehicle for delivery and put aside and did not inform me. At first they given expected delivery time at 16.30hrs. After seeing all these i went to reception and asked about my vehicle position. They told service is not completed. I told that already service completed and they put it aside from stand and oil cleaning and nitrogen gas filling for tyres also done. After that works manger came with me onto the workshops floor and asked workshops floor superior about my vehicle service position. Then he replied that service completed and vehicle can be delivered. There i asked a question that "what works did you carry to fit the vehicle for services within 15 minutes. For my question they became calm and silent. After that i checked engine oil level as per page no.29 sub heading (A) engine oil level inspection/top up process of glamour owners manual book given when vehicle purchased by starting engine and kept it idle for 3-5 minutes and stopped engine. After that i waited for 2-3 minutes and i checked oil level in the oil level window and i found oil level is not visible and found oil level is above upper level mark. According to the manual book so far i have been referring engine oil level must be between upper and lower level marks when engine oil level inspection/top up process. Here they topped up engine oil level for my vehicle. After this i noticed the problem to man who is working as superior on workshop floor by showing the details of this from owners manual. Then he started to give vulgar responses and told" i am the author the owner's manual book and i have written plenty of such books and what i did that is the standard". Finally the problem was not rectified and engine oil level was above upper mark of oil level window. Meanwhile the technician who did my vehicle service used vulgar words and came to manhandle me. After these finally i asked about key on buzzer sound. The same technician disassembled head light dome and told it didn't work and told rs.150/- will be charged to provide extra part to work it. Then i refused to provide that due to their worst behaviour.in spite of not working properly they are blaming me and misbehaved with me and used vulgar words and insulted me. Finally without solving the problems they delivered the vehicle. After going sum distance i experienced that while on run both side signal buzzers not producing sound well when compare to before service. I went with same problems. The worst technician disturbed the sides signal buzzer system.in their view asking problems of service is not good. From first service i am giving my vehicle there. At before first service my vehicle was good. After services it's performance has been reduced, and even other two wheelers of low level cc even though old aged are going speeder than me. After giving a complaint they are advising to change my attitude. My attitude is correct of asking problem as customer life depends vehicle condition in view of safety. Here lot of technicians are not prescribed qualification and not having training in hero main workshops.
Finally what i want to say is that a customer never changes his attitude. But, a company should always satisfy a customer irrelevant to his attitude. Was this information helpful? |
