Hero Motocorp — Worst Service in Guwahati D.R.Brijmohan & Sons

I war given a appointment at Hero Service today (11/05/2022) at 3.00 pm but I was not provided service till 4.30 pm.
There was a rain at 3.30 pm and the whole area was flodded which they were unable to pump out the water with a defective pump.
I had a minor problem with my rear indicator which could by repaierd at the dry area.
I requested them several times but they turned a deaf ear to my complaints.
They told me that unless water gets out of their compound they wont work.
I having two numbers o f Hero Joyride bearing serial numbers [protected] & [protected]
At 4.30 pm I had to take back my bike without repairs
Such a service center is shame to the Hero brand and strict action should be taken by the company.
They are also very careless that they didnot collect the acknowlegement slip given to me at tke time of receiving my bike.
