Hero Motocorp — wrong committeemen & no fuel in motor cycle

Dear sir,
I have purchase 02 nos of motor cycle for hero dealer in ranchi (Rahul automobiles) on is hero pleasure plus & destiny, manager is not aware about product & scheme, he committed wrong scheme to me 7 in the time of delivery he assure me in scooty 1/2 liter fuel are filled but 100 m my byke break down we have lot of problem due to no petrol pump are available there.
