I have 1400 shares in name prasanna chaudhari in ledger folio no [protected]. The co declared dividend in july 2012 for the 2 nd quarter 2017. I have informed the co the non receipt of dividend. The co advised me that they wouid despatch the dividend cheque soon they receive non payment advse from the bank. Till today i am waiting to receive the warrant, hence i am submitting this complaint with a hope that it will be attended promptly.
