Hi Reach Broadband — hireach is not willing to refund my money | |||||
Hi, i have got hireach internet connection (3 months package) 7 days back in sun city, bandlaguda area. I am getting frequent router disconnections. First, one representative came and said that ip is not releasing from my tp-link router and i have to upgrade my router's firmware. I did what he told and it started working. But again after 2 days i got the same issue and now they are saying i have to change my router. I had used this router for act fibernet internet for 2 years and didn't face any problem. But hireach guys are saying i have to change my router. Even their customer service is also worst. They closed my complaints without any proper resolution. So please take necessary action on them and help me in getting my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am having trouble in login and browsing browsing is very slow and regularly i am having login problems

I am using since jun month for this service, every Saturday i have problem with service no one will clear, worst service for this net
