Hi Reach Broadband — Misbehave with customer


Hello Team,

I paid money for 1 Year subscription of internet on 6th July, 2021 and the sales Person Narasimha Reddy - [protected] with the commitment that the internet will be provided on 7th July, 2021. Despite of several follow up's they failed to provide internet on that day.

The next day 8th July, 2021 i contacted multiple times but did not even answer my phone. I started reaching his manager - Shravan - [protected] but he rather supporting customer he started supporting his sales person.

I called Shravan multiple times and later they said that they cannot provide internet new connection and returned money to the account.

Hi Reach broad band team is playing with customer time and money. They wanted to block the customer by taking money so that they will no choose other broadband connection.

In the evening Shravan and Narasimha Reddy both misbehaved with me and threatened to do what every you want.
