Hicare Pest Control Services — pathetic service and useless customer care

I have booked service for bed bugs control on 28th of sep 2019 from hicare pest control services (Which includes 2 rounds of service.in first service all bugs will die and during 2nd service will cover the bugs erupted from eggs). During booking i have clearly mentioned i need service to be done on 29th sep (Which is next day) and if it is not possible then i am not interested to place order. The customer rep lady (On customer care number #[protected] confirmed me over the call saying "it can be done on 29th sep between 11am to 1pm and she asked me to make payment online". So, i have made payment online through the link she shared me through sms. After making payment i have received an sms saying "service for bed bugs control is scheduled between 11am to 1pm on 29th sep.

But at 9:05am on 29th sep i have received an sms from hicare saying"my bed bug service/treatment has been rescheduled to 5am on 29th sep". I am not sure how they can reschedule to 5am at 9:05 am for same day (Because 5am is already past). After seeing the message immediately i called to hi care customer care on[protected] and informed them about the message. Then the customer care people and their supervisors (Vishal - supervisor [protected]) trying to convince me to reschedule it for some other day saying reasons"the person is not available to perform service, bangalore jayanagar operations manager is not reachable, etc". So, i asked to cancel my order and refund my amount.

Then in few mins they called me back and arranged a person (Nagaraj), who arrived around 2pm on 29th sep and performed treatment. As per him we re-opened our house after 4hours and seen bed bugs are still there and roaming. So, called nagaraj and informed him same. He said bugs will die in sometime and asked us to put clothes in hot water. We did same. But even next day we are seeing bed bugs and able to see them till today (9th oct).

During my discussion for first treatment/service with vishal on 29th sep, i have asked him to schedule 2nd round of treatment on 12th oct. And he confirmed me over the call saying"it will be done on 12th oct between 11am to 1pm".

Till 7th oct, i haven't received confirmation sms or mail reg:2nd round of service. So, i called hicare customer care again on 7th oct and asked about same. As per the customer rep, 2nd round of service is not schedule in system and they have some issues with service people in jaya nagar, bangalore, due to which it is not possible to schedule it for 12th oct.

Here we can see all the false promises they will do and none of them are fulfilled. So, i asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount. Customer care rep asked me to wait for 2days, so that their team will call me back and discuss with me on refund thing. I waited till 10am on 9th oct, but no one called me to discuss further.

So, i called to hi care customer care again today around 10am and spoke to nikhil - supervisor (Mobile # [protected]). As per nikhil they are facing issue connecting to bangalore operations manager and their service people are not available. So, he again asked me to for 30mins and in 30mins time someone will update me on it. So, i waited for more than 30mins and tried reaching him on hist mobile number. He didn't pick my call even after calling 4 times. So, around 3pm i again called customer care and same story repeats (Asking to wait for today, 1hr and then to 30mins, etc).

They are simply playing tactics. As i already heard enough dialogues from these people, i told them i will not be able to wait again (If i wait the time will go in vain and again i need to end-up calling them) and stayed in call. After spending quite enough time, i spoke to below list of people who again tried to convince me saying"we will provide supervisor now only (Not sure how they got supervisor immediately as they were saying they had issues with bangalore service team) to treat again for bed bugs. And they will schedule appointment for this weekend, etc."in fact they agreed on their failure of service.

As i already seen their service i was not interested to continue with their service and asked for refund only. Now they are saying they can only refund half of the amount from what i paid. I am not understanding the reason for same.

To summarize

- we shouldn't pay amount online before they perform service
- we shouldn't trust hi care call center, supervisors and other people
- all false promises made and none of them are fulfilled
- they never call you back when they say so
- their service is worst and doesn't kill any bed bugs

On top of all these"the torture i faced with these hi care people is more then the torture i faced with bed bugs". So don't go with them.

Still i am waiting for their refund confirmation mail and/or sms. Please help me on getting refund
