Hike messanger has just launched their wallet to transfer money. I have added 13000 in wallet for transfer money to another account. At the time of adding all functions are working properly and option of withdrawl money to any bank account was showing. But after getting money in wallet the option of withdrawl money is showing temperorly unavailable. So my full money is blocked for doing phone recharges only. I have raise the conplaint request with following ticket numbers at hike support but nobody is responsing from their side as on hike support as well as on hike customer care number also saying that i[censored] want to complaint about your wallet at hike press 1 and after this call are going cut without hearing any complaint.
I am suffered from 13000 fraud loss from this company so kindly take neccesary action on priority to stop this cheater and giving my money refund to an account as they are not providing the service which is they showing to their customers. Kindly revert back on priority as this company frauding indians daily bases by getting their money in their wallet and making customers fool. Was this information helpful? |
