Recently on 17/11/2017 i had transferred a sum of 15000 to my hike wallet through credit card after that my account has been blocked, the transaction had been done by me for my personal purpose so please help me in getting by wallet account active and my amount return please do needful thanking you sir/madam

Respected sir/madam my name is kishore my hike number is [protected]. Recently on 31/12/2017 i had transferred a sum of rs.10000 to my hike wallet through credit card after that i cannot withdraw this money and i can not transfer this amount to my bank account, when i tried for 3 to 4 time they blocked my wallet saying (Wallet access blocked because of suspicious activity) the transaction had been done by me for my personal purpose, after that i have reported the issue with support team of hike. But i didnt get any resolution for that, so please help me in getting my amount return please do needfu.
