[Resolved]  Hike Wallet — amount blocked

Hi team — my name is rakesh my hike number is [protected]. Recently on 17/12/2017 i had transferred a sum of 10000/- to my hike wallet through my credit card after that i cannot send withdraw this money and i can not transfer this amount to my bank account, the transaction had been done by me for my personal purpose. I ask to do something to hike support team but i dint get any resolution. So please help me in getting the amount asap... Return my money and do the needful.
