Hike Wallet — amount blocked in hike wallet

Respect sir/madam,

I am jarjapu naga venkata tataji one of the customer in your hike with customer mobile number +91-[protected]. I have loaded the hike wallet the rupees 19900.00 on 21st november 2017 with reference transaction number wtxnh[protected]. Loaded by hdfc credit card number ending with 2911. From that day on wards i am trying to send or withdraw money to my desired account is declined due to your service.

I am not satisfied with the answers that you are giving, the issue which i raised still not working.
I can understand if any technical problem some times it may be happens but it should be rectify as soon as possible maximum 10 to 15 days. But almost 42 days over still now the same problem your wallet it has not been rectified. It clearly says that this doing intentionally hold the customer funds in your account. Previously in your wallet shown a popup message "sorry for inconvenience should be rectify on or before 31st december 2017" but still it is not working. Your not paying an interest to me also. It is ridiculous and it means your cheating the customers by your wallet. I cant wait further my pay-sense is over.

Please find enclose loaded reference transaction from my credit card statement. Humble request to you that revert back my amount which urgently need for further use.
I am waiting for your response. If you failed to respond or correspondence as early as possible i will take necessary further legal action against you as civil and criminal process.
It is not commanding hike team, it my request please understand my problem and return back my amount.
