Hike Wallet — amount deducted from credit card and not send in bank account

I was load money 5000 in my hike wallet but it could be not send in bank account money was blocked with last 1.5 month... I was very tired hike was not helping me its fraud app... Pleas help me its upi system is not working i want my money from this wallet with intrest beacause it is fraud...
