Hike Wallet — withdraw option is not available

Hi,

I have added or loaded accidentally 8100 amount to hike wallet. When i followed the instructions to withdraw, the app showing, "this feature is currently unavailable, please try again after dec 31."

I have raised several complaints, but, there is no response from hike support, only one acknowledgement message received. Please help me to get my money back to my card or account.

Hike! Today i Recharged on my Jio no of Rs 448 from hike app but i received plan of Rs 349. (Wrong Benfit)
