Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — about not providing fare concession while travelling in himachal on bhai dooj

I want to complain about not providing fare concession while travelling in himachal on bhai dooj. If it has been written all over the news papers that all women will be travelling free on this day then why do i have to pay. If you can't implement your services then you should not fool the common people. I am travelling from una to solan and details of my ticket are attached herewith. Kindly help the needy ones and look into the matter.
