Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — amount debited from bank account and ticket not generated

Ticket booked from Delhi to Sujanpur on 20/6/2017 but e-ticket not generated and amount debited from bank account. Same is emailed to [protected]@hrtc.gov.in but didn't received any update.
