Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — bad timing of volvo

I am the regular consumer of hrtc from last 20 years. But i am very much disappointed about the volvo timing of hrtc. The volvo bus which starts from 10:45 am from manali to chandigarh (Service no. 30) suppose to come at 3:00pm at sundernagar bus stand. But it is not coming on time. Usually it reaches from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Plz follow the time schedule & save the public previous time.
