Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — bus conductor starts unusual talk and too bad behaviour

Conductor and driver both starts giving me unusal comments and all fault is his i am just sitting in bus and he came and touched me and i asked him to ticket he told me that u r being too clever againts me and he and driver they both starts talking about me please i need report against that conductor conductor is too much angry against me and he is telling me that u will be out of this bus but i don't know why??
It hurted me a lot
Their behaviour and their sense of talking make me feel cry
