Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — cancellation of ticket after deducting money and helpline number is cutting your call

Online booked a ticket for ac delux 9 30 pm for 19/09/2017
Deducted the money but the stuatus is a failure... Helpline number is not attending the call plus he's cutting off the call. My reg no isob[protected].. If can't operate these thing why the he'll your doing then... I need a refund back but nobody is answering or in spite of that they are cutting the call
