Respected sir, I called Delhi helpline no. On[protected] between 7:30 pm to 8:35 many times . First of all, phone is not working properly and secondly the person who attended the call after so many efforts he used hard language and didn't help me, instead he got angry on me and cut my call. Please you are therefore requested to find that person and take serious steps to stop this kind of arrogance of that kind of person because they are there for passengers help .
