Online booking of any of bus tickets of hrtc is very poor, no cashless transactions, no notice boards, no token system at chandigarh sector 43 bus terminal. We are Indians and are familiar with this but at least take care of those coming overseas. Staff can't communicate with them. As all know, tourists have great influence over a state GDP. Mark buses route board in English or both. Please start a token system everywhere in this department, it is really helpful and comfortable for everyone. Encourage tourism and help them in their comfortable journey. Thank you very much.
