This complaint is about the hrtc booking office at isbt delhi kashmere gate.
I booked a ticket from delhi to vaknaghat (Shimla) through hrtc online booking portal for 13/08/2017 of hrtc himsutta volvo bus.
The bus timings were - departure at 10:30 pm from delhi isbt kashmere gate.
My boarding place was singhu border which i entered at the time of booking and was also mentioned in the online generated ticket.
I was trying to contact at the booking counter for the bus number and conductor contact number on 13/08/2017 evening but there was no response.
As i am a regular traveller of hrtc so usually i receive a call from the bus conductor that the bus will be arriving at this time at your boarding place but on 13/8/17 there was no call from hrtc
Although i was waiting at my boarding place and waited till 12 am, meanwhile was trying different contact numbers given on hrtc website, called on :[protected],[protected]No response)
Traffic manager :[protected]Invalid number)
I called gm hrtc shimla division but he replied its midnight and he is not able to help me at the time.
Although at 12.5 am himsutta volvo delhi to shimla passed from there i with my family members followed the bus and then asked the driver then he replied that the bus is not the same that was the bus which started at 11.00 pm from isbt kashmere gate, then he mentioned that there is hrtc white color bus and the bus is at sheesh mahal restaurant murthal, u have car u can catch the bus from there we don't have seats empty with us,
Then we reached at sheesh mahal and the bus was there we asked them about the scenario and showed them the ticket then the conductor mr rajeev mentioned thet due to some reasons the volvo bus was cancelled and this bus white color new ac bus is coming in place of that bus and he mentioned that he is not having any list of passangers with him and the passengers who hv booked for this there remaning fare was refunded at the booking counter at kashmere gate isbt and the booking counter staff didn't given any information about my reservation to the conductor.
Although the conductor mr rajeev was very kind he understood my problem, he called someone of his senior and i was able to board the bus that time, and in the morning mr rajeev (Conductor) refunded me ₹210/- and i have given him a written receiving of the same on a paper.
During this incident my family members suffered a lot that they had to come near about 20 kilometers one side for catching the bus at midnight. We all were very tensed and helpless.
Throughout this incident i only want the hrtc should take action against the booking office delhi isbt staff-
1. For not informing the conductor about my booking.
2. For not informing me as a passenger about the bus shuffling and the refund process although the have all details with them i. E, passanger's contact no. Seat no. Ticket no. And boarding place.
3. For presenting wrong contact details at hrtc website which are always not working or invalid or if we call them then they never talk properly talk rudly.

I m harshit jaiswal my hrtc user id har_90 my mobile no [protected] and email Id [protected]@gmail.com, please resolved my issue i m doing a booking from manali to delhi himsuta bus from hrtc so my transaction done amount deducted but ticket not done and amount not refund to my credit card so please refund my amount
