Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — poor bus service from una to nalagarh baddi

Dear sir/mam,
This is to inform you that, due to very poor bus service from una to nalagarg baddi, passengers are suffering on daily basis, they have to wait minimum one hour for bus service, as we all know that nalagarh baddi is a industrial area & lots of people are travelling to nalagarh baddi from una location. This is a very serious issue, kindly resolve it.
