Dear sir, I want to say that I booked a ticket of hrtc bus online for 26 Aug 2017 from Delhi ISBT Kashmiri gate to Sujanpur HP of 9:15 pm I am charged Rs. 1062 from my Yes Bank credit card due to roits in punchula the bus suspended that why we are not able to go for jounrey.Please kindly refund the amount to my Yes bank credit card.
