Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — refuse to give me seat when I was first in que

The driver refuse to give me ticket to zirakpur/ chandigarh and bus did mention chandigarh as one of the stop. I was first in que as well.
He misbehaved and then senior staff people at kashmiri gate isbt made cartel and threaten me that they will beat me if i ask for ticket. They sell tickets at chandigarh counter and don't give me ticket.
I really felt threaten and sad for such incidence
