Dear Sir/madam

I had traveled from Delhi to sundernagar through ticket No. [protected] on dated 26.03.2017 during this whole journy A/C was not working till bus from Delhi it self and the same was intimated to bus conductor and he was ensured to passengers the fair will not charged for A/C and the balance amount will be refunded.
