Sir, I have cancelled the ticket no [protected] for 25.08.17 and cancel on 24.08.17 before 8 pm. As per your policy after 10% deduction refund initiated but in my case only RS 538 refund intititaed from RS 1290. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Mbl no [protected]

I booked on line ticket from my hrtc login id from chintpurni to delhi and the time on the ticket was 21:30 hours but when i reach there i get to know that the bus gone from the stand at 20:00 hours
When i reach i get to know that there is no bus on that time after that i check the hrtc counter but there is no one to guide me.
I complaint you regarding this you send me a mail.
Your complaint has been forwarded to Himachal Road Transport Corporation customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives.
But no one reply me.
