Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — regarding online booking services

The provided time at hrtc road transport corporation’s website for bus from dehradun to shimla was 6:30 in the morning and i booked an online ticket for the same but there was no as such bus available at bus stand at 6:30. Moreover on further enquiring at the bus stand itself the hrtc road transport staff was very ruthless, rude and reluctant in their behaviour. Talking about the consumer helpline number, they aren’t picking the calls. This type of # bus facilities the said corporation provides.
It is my humble request to please increase the frequency of volvo buses in the morning and be punctual in your regard.

I am travelling in volvo bus .we stop for luch in pando moon hotel hrtc sevice provider. i booked 1 veg thali . when they serve thali the quanity was very less.we i aks to uncle give more sabji.He showing attitude and giving so many excuse .they charging 130 per thali.
