Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — regarding window issue

I am in the bus hp38c from chandigarh to jasur timing is 3:20 departure from chandigarh. I got issue in window closed by another customer which is in backside of my seat. I got issue in taking breath. Please help me as soon as possible. My seat no is 18, 19. Please help me to resolve the issue. Other customer is saying me that she have child's with they need more breath.

I had booked two Volvo ticket through Paytm on 12/04/2018 at 11.05 PM H.P. order No. #OB[protected] WALLET tXN id [protected] from iSBT Kashmere gate to Hamirpur. One ticket was cancelled and there was message for refund in two days. But till 14/06/2018 I have not received the refund in my Paytm. Please refund my amount at the earliest.
