Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — wrong ticket given by bus conductor

Sir,

I was travelling from slapper (Sundernagar) to sundernagar with my wife in hrtc's shimla-palampur bus on 14.07.2019. I asked the conductor to give two tickets, one for sundernagar and other for jarol. He gave me a wrong ticket for dadour which is about 10 kms far from sundernagar even after confirming the stations twice. When i asked him to refund the amount, he told me that it could not be refunded. Bus number is hp 37c 4807. Kindly do the needful so that this kind of mistake is not repeated by the conductors in future.
