Hello team,

I've worked for hgs for 2 months, but due to health issues i didn't continue working there. I've sent an intimation regarding the same.
I've called but no response. I've checked but the hrs aren't responding on the emails. If i call them i got to know that they are on leave and she informed me that it's not sure whether it will updated or not. The other hr asked me to wait for 45 days after that it will be updated automatically
As per the process it hardly takes sometime to update the last working day. I'm not working anywhere due to ill health and it's been around 2 months i'm not working anywhere.
Hence i want to withdraw my pf to pay the debts owed for the treatment.

Hi team,
I am Jitesh Paras and I was join Hgs at 1/10/2015 when Hgs takeover Mphasis Indore. But I forget my employe I'd and I want my PF, UAN and ESIC No. And I was leave my job at February 2016.
So please give me my PF, UAN and ESIC No.at my e-mail I'd.
