I have book online appointment to doctor gusahani rd date 13/05/19. Appointment number 8804312. I have do online payment for this appointment 1700 rs on date 12/05/29.in my account this amount is deducted but when i go to hospital for opd checkup hospital staff say we not found your transition amount. So we can do again payment 1900 rs. Hinduja staff say after sometime your online payment amount will be refunded automatically. But now after 11 days i have not got my amount. Hinduja must take care at the time of making a reservation, inform the patient how he/she needs to make the payment via their website, esp when this is their first time, so things move smoothly.
